Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of all your Ninjacha account data, please send an email to hskpedia@gmail.com with the following information:
Email Instructions:
- Send an email to: hskpedia@gmail.com
- In the subject line, write: "Data Deletion Request"
- In the email body, include:
- Your full name
- Your email address associated with Ninjacha
- Confirmation that you understand this is permanent and cannot be undone
- We will process your request within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email

How long does data deletion take?
Once we receive your email request, we will process your data deletion within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete and your account has been removed from our servers.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided once your account and all associated data have been successfully deleted.
Can I cancel the deletion?
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once submitted via email, please contact us immediately at hskpedia@gmail.com if you change your mind within the processing window. After deletion is confirmed, recovery is not possible.
What about my subscription data?
Any subscription information is handled separately. Please mention your subscription status in your deletion request email, and we will handle all associated data accordingly.
What data will be deleted?
We will delete all your Ninjacha account data including: your profile, learning progress, quiz scores, owned words, session history, and authentication credentials. This is a complete and permanent deletion.
Do I need to use the email template?
The email template is provided for convenience, but you don't have to use it exactly. Just make sure to include your name and the email address associated with your Ninjacha account so we can locate your data correctly.
